  • Your photo is deleted as soon as it is cleaned. The cleaned handwriting is deleted after 7 days.
What if the note is very old or faint?

Faded ink and pencil usually work well. If something is too faint to print well, you see that in the preview, before you pay anything.

Can I use only part of the note?

Yes. After uploading, you drag a frame around just the lines you want.

How long does it take?

Your order is made in 2 to 5 business days and is then usually 2 to 6 business days on the way.

Can I see it before I order?

Always. Upload a photo and you see it on every product, free and without an account.

Can it go in the dishwasher or washing machine?

Yes. Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, the handwriting is baked into the glaze. Towels, napkins and blankets go in the washing machine on cold, inside out, without bleach or a hot dryer: the ink is dyed into the fabric, so it doesn’t peel. You’ll find the care rules with every product.
